FitFloor Yoga Pelvic Floor & Core explores the integration between the respiratory diaphragm the pelvic diaphragm and neutral spine. Understanding how all these components work together is the key to a strong, stable and functional pelvic floor & core.

Mind Body and Better Bones!

The effects of the hormone depletion of menopause and beyond are more than the commonly known side effects like, hot flashes, sleep disruptions, mood swings, weight gain and brain fog. After 50 we begin to lose muscle mass (including the pelvic floor) and bone density  (increasing the risk of fractures). Learn how  to include  strengthening exercises and impact movements into your classes to help women over 50 stay active for their lifetimes!

FitFlow Yoga Fusion

3 BCRPA CECs

FitFlow Yoga combines traditional yoga asanas with strength training exercises to work on the muscled group traditional yoga miss like   glutes and the muscles of the back. We will also focus on building strength, stability and body awareness of the shoulder girdle, to decrease injuries in flow classes that practise poses like down dog, plank and chaturanga. Your students will learn to move with control and ease so they can practise yoga for a lifetime!

There is an art to balancing a yoga class that moves neither too fast for the beginner nor too slow for the experienced student. This online 12 hour intensive workshop is intended for those that have completed the FitFlow Yoga Fitness module or yoga students wanting to deepen their personal yoga practice.
 

If you want to learn more about Yoga philosophy, and acquire new teaching tools so you continue to grow as a yoga teacher, as well as deepen your personal yoga practice, this  workshop is for you.The curriculum covers over 20 new asanas, including basic arm balances and standing balance poses, yoga philosophy, Vinyasa and Hatha class design & sequencing, tools to help assist your students, Pranayama & Meditation.

If you LOVE YOGA and you LOVE KIDS this is your opportunity to learn how to Teach Yoga in a KID friendly way!

Yoga for kids is gaining popularity and there is an opportunity to start your own class in many community centres, fitness clubs and schools! This 3-hour workshop will teach you how to add some fun and a lot of play into a yoga class. You will learn some new names and fun modifications for traditional poses.
